As Donnie McClurking and Marvin Sapp sing to a tearful Steve Harvey.  One has to be reminded of their own short comings. How even though we try to stay standing, somehow eventually we will fall.  However We Can get Back Up Again.  The beauty of it all is even when we are at our worst, we were created in His image He can always see the best in Us.

I have read and heard all sorts of comments because of the Steve Harvey/Donnie McClurkin Interview, but perhaps in these past ten years he has not found perfection, but is on the path to being a better more Christ Like man.

Don’t forget the oldies because they apply to all of us, Please Be Patient With Me, GOD is not through with me Yet! Won’t we all be better someday!

    Wow, some of the best in gospel haven’t touched lives like Steve Harvey has and God is using this man. Lord bless him and keep making him the man you’re calling him to be.

    This was the best Celebration of Gospel ever aired!!! I loved it!!! Everything was just right. I felt his presence when the majority of the Performers sang. The tribute to Steve Harvey…..Whew!!! That was awesome. Donnie McClurkin started the tears and then Marvin Sapp just broke him on down. It made me feel good to see Steve cry because I can tell from just watching him over the years that he is a changed man; and that's what GOD will do for you if you just give him a little of your time. I thought back to some things that happened in my life and I cried right along with Steve. Marvin Sapp….you really touched my heart because GOD did see the best in ME when everyone else could only see the worst in me.

    I missed the original airing of the Celebration so when I first heard that Donnie McClurkin had done "We Fall Down" I thought, what? Why such an old song. Then when I watched and got the context in which the song was chosen it fit perfectly, not to mention the song is ten years old as well.

    Then to have Marvin Sapp come and sing, "The Best In Me' wow talk about a Gospel Home Run. Regardless of if it was for Steve Harvey of Steve Jones around the corner, between the lyrics of those two songs they could have spoken volumes to anyone. as most of us have been in both those places before.
