Dr. Freddie Haynes – March for Justice

On Sunday, Septemeber 16, 2018, a group of faith leaders and several other community activists, supporters and lawyers gathered at Friendship-West to rally for Justice For Botham Jean as well as O’Shea Terry. Jean, was killed by an off-duty Dallas police officer & O’shea Terry was killed by Arlington Police. This demonstration started in the parking lot of AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys in an effort to bring more light and acknowledgment to why the NFL players are kneeling, as well as to get owner Jerry Jones to speak out against injustices since he will not allow his team to participate in a peaceful protest.
