Bishop Carlton Pearson believes in Inclusion. Inclusion also known as the doctrine of universal reconciliation, which states, without repentance from sin or even the acknowledgement of Jesus as Lord or his atoning work, people are already saved because Jesus paid for the sins of the whole world and that there is no hell or punishment for sins.
Hmmm??? What do you think of that?

I am fully aware of the doctrine that Bishop Carlton Pearson now embraces. There are numerous scriptures that come to mind which reflect Bishop Pearson’s spiritual condition, however, from the words that come from his very own lips, he is a living example of 1Tim. 1:4 which states, “In latter days, many will FALL AWAY from the faith, giving in to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils. He is clearly contradicting the scriptures! How does he explain 2 Cor. 7:10, “Godly sorrow brings repentance which LEADS to salvation and leaves no regret, but worldly sorrow brings death”? Paul says in Acts 20:29-31, “I know that after I leave, savage wolves will come in among you and will not spare the flock. (30) Even from YOUR OWN NUMBER men will arise and distort the truth in order to draw away disciples after them. (31) SO, BE ON YOUR GUARD! Remember that for three years I never stopped WARNING each of you night and day with tears.” Dr. Jamal Bryant so eloquently and accurately refuted Bishop Pearson in love! It is not by accident that the forces of darkness would use deception to this degree against one who introduced true holiness through something as significant and powerful as the Azuza Street Revival to try and bring confusion to the masses. The book of Genesis refers to satan as the most cunning beast of the land. GOD is NOT the author of confusion, according to 1Cor. 14:33.

God help us. You can look all around and the pupose of Jesus birth, death, resurrection, and his name the world is trying to remove it. The purpose of restoring the kingdom so we can now be called sons. God help us. But you can include this hell is real, it is a place for those who have not repented of their sins. I agree with Dr. Jamal Bryant. God hep us. All I can say the world is looking at us and doctrine like these are miss leading and encourage those that are lost to continue in what ever sinful behavior they are expressing. To repent mean to change.

Luke 21:33 says, “Heaven and earth may pass away but my Word shall NEVER pass away.” The Kingdom of God is a theocracy, not a democracy. God’s Word is the divine ruling authority and it is supreme. It is unchanging and eternal. Malachi 3:6 says,” I am the Lord, I change not.” John 1:11 says, “In the beginning was the Word and the word was with God and the Word was God.” GOD AND HIS WORD are one. It does not matter what human practices are established in legislation, it doe not matter how popular any doctrine becomes or how many individuals subscribe to it, GOD IS THE AUTHORITY! Man WILL be accountable for what he has chosen to believe. However, we are told clearly in Hebrew 6:18 that “It is IMPOSSIBLE for God to lie”. Finally, Luke 13:5 says, unless you repent, you too will all perish.” There is much warning in the Word about the Word being perverted and we who claim Jesus as Lord must STUDY to show ourselves approved unto God, correctly dividing the Word of truth, a workman that needs not to be ashamed as stated in 2 Timothy 2:15.

ROMANS 6:23SAYS, THE WAGES OF SIN IS DEATH ,BUT THE GIFT OF GOD IS ETERNAL LIFE JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD. SO THOSE WHO LIVE IN SIN WILL LIFT UP THERE EYES IN HELL.ROMANS 3:23 SAYS ALL HAVE SIN AND COME SHORT OF THE GLORY OF GOD. ALSO READ MATTHEW 24:24 FOR THERE SHALL ARISE FALSE CHRISTS,AND FALSE PROPHETS, AND SHALL SHOW GREAT SINGS AND WONDERS; IN AS MUCH THAT IF IT WERE POSSIBLE, THEY SHALL DECEIVE THE VERY ELECT.

This man was once a bishop–so, do please be careful what you say about him. I have been praying for him for years. We as a church body failed this man. I am still believing the Lord for his restoration. If you remember, his ministry used to be about restoration.

Well said. I think we need to be careful with our tongues period.

It is a sad state of affairs that many in the “body of Christ” are content to sit in a church week after week and assume the opinion of “professional clergymen ” to be the final authority without comparing what is being said with the Word of God for themselves—thus, the manifestation of much deceit! It is clear that Bishop Carlton Pearson is “peddling another gospel” which Paul speaks about in Gal.1:6-9. The fact that he holds the title of Bishop does not exclude him from examination of the spirit that is now operating in him. We are told in 1 John 4:1 to “examine EVERY spirit” to see if it is of God! That does not exclude “Bishops”. Deception comes in many forms, particularly among false prophets and teachers in these last days—again, its IN THE WORD! The pulpit is full of them! It is also clear that when David mentions refraining from “touching not God’s anointing, he is referring to doing Saul physical harm. ( 1Sam. 24: 1-13.) David publicly rebuked Saul for his own benefit as well as for the benefit of others. Christians ARE to hold one another accountable.(1Tim. 1:3-7). Titus 3:10 says, “Warn a divisive person once, and then warn him a second time. After that, have nothing to do with him. (11) You may be sure that such a man is warped and sinful; he is SELF-CONDEMNED. This man has clearly fallen away from the faith. I pray that he is brought under conviction and repents.

The distorting of the “touch not my anointed and do my prophet no harm” passage is nothing more than a form of psychological intimidation that permits those promoting it to continue the propagating of THEIR perverted messages. “For if MY PEOPLE, who are CALLED BY MY NAME, will HUMBLE THEMSELVES and PRAY and SEEK MY FACE and TURN from THEIR WICKED ways, THEN WILL I HEAR FROM HEAVEN, FORGIVE THEIR SINS AND HEAL THE LAND! (2 Chron. 7:14) HE is TALKING ABOUT THE “CHURCH”!

Sis Winslow as always it is indeed enlightening to hear from you. I agree there are several scriptures to support what you have written above. I also love the fact that whenever you speak even when we don’t completely agree with one another
you always back what you say with scripture. To me sometimes that is the fine line between “Judging” and holding one accountable. Gods word is and always will be the first and final word. So when we address one another and have sound doctrine to back then we “hopefully” are doing it as Christians should.
However I am sure that we both know people who will try and use and distort the word to fit their own agendas. In addition there are several of us who have been taught only portions of scriptures and have never taken the time to read the entire Chapter or Book to find out for ourselves in what context a scripture was written. We then go around spouting the scripture like children at a Easter program without knowing if we are using it correctly or not. It is one of the areas that I think this blog has helped me with most. I read the discussions that we have on here and I am constantly confronted with new scriptures or a readers understanding of them that put me in a position to delve deeper and deeper into God’s word.
God will hold the teachers to a higher standard, James 3:1-2
1Not many of you should presume to be teachers, my brothers, because you know that we who teach will be judged more strictly. 2We all stumble in many ways. If anyone is never at fault in what he says, he is a perfect man, able to keep his whole body in check.
and… we have a charge to not judge and slander one another. James 4:11-12
11Brothers, do not slander one another. Anyone who speaks against his brother or judges him speaks against the law and judges it. When you judge the law, you are not keeping it, but sitting in judgment on it. 12There is only one Lawgiver and Judge, the one who is able to save and destroy. But you—who are you to judge your neighbor?
but to save a sinner from death when we can. James 5:19-20
19My brothers, if one of you should wander from the truth and someone should bring him back, 20remember this: Whoever turns a sinner from the error of his way will save him from death and cover over a multitude of sins.
Again the fine line. We need to be careful of what we say and how we address people. Note I did not say we should sit in silence. We should not sit in judgement

As a mnister of the Gospel, I have a responsibility to say what God says! The church, at large, is comfortable with preaching that speaks of a God who is only loving, kind and forgiving. This is very true. However, HE is also a JUST JUGDGE! The Word states in Titus 4:2, “Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season (whether or not it is popular to do so); CORRECT, REBUKE AND ENCOURAGE—with great patience and careful instruction. (3) For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to SUIT THEIR OWN DESIRES, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear (there is no hell, homosexuality is not a sin, everyone will go to Heaven, etc). (4) They will turn their ears AWAY FROM THE TRUTH and turn aside to myths.” Great deception is sweeping throughout the “body of Christ” and that is what is perpetuating the “great falling away” mentioned in 1 Tim. 4:1, “The spirit clearly says that in the latter times, many will abandon the faith and following deceiving spirits and things taught by demons. Lastly, Hebrew 10:26 says, “If we DELIBERATELY keep on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, no sacrifice for sins is left, (27) BUT, only a fearful expectation of JUDGMENT AND OF RAGING FIRE that WILL consume the enemies of GOD”! Man WILL BE WITHOUT EXCUSE! Sad, but true.

Bro. Pearson is blessed that there are a few believers that care enough about his eternal destiny that they would attempt to snatch him from his pending doom if he does not repent. Bro. Jamal is extending brotherly love to him by exposing, in love, the error of his teaching and the heavy price that he will pay by leading others to eternal damnation. The enemy is after the “jugular vein” of the “church”. We need to “wake up” from our slumber and “see” that we are living, right now, in the “latter days”.
